Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed 11 strategic agreements with a range of local and international partners, reinforcing its commitment to transparency and service excellence in the real estate sector. The signings took place at the International Property Show (IPS) 2025.
The new partnerships are aimed at enhancing real estate services, promoting smart solutions, and supporting women in the sector. They form part of DLD’s ongoing efforts to strengthen technical integration, enhance auction services, and introduce innovative insurance solutions to improve the efficiency and transparency of real estate operations across the emirate.
The deals align with Dubai’s long-term vision of becoming a global hub for sustainable property investment.
