The Dubai Land Department, in partnership with the Community Development Authority, has launched the ‘Barwa’ programme – a first-of-its-kind, socially driven real estate initiative aimed at empowering senior citizens and People of Determination.
Launched under the slogan ‘You are valuable and should always be appreciated’, Barwa offers integrated property solutions designed to promote independence, family cohesion, and social stability.
Through a combination of digital, on-site, and advisory services, the initiative enables more accessible and inclusive real estate management for underserved communities. Barwa supports the goals of both the Dubai Social Agenda 33 and the Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.
