DIFC reports record growth in 2024

Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has achieved its strongest financial performance to date, posting total revenue of $484m in 2024, the largest annual increase since its establishment and a 37% increase from 2023. Meanwhile, operating profit reached $363m, a 55% increase from the previous year.

DIFC now hosts 6,920 active companies which is a 25% increase from 5,523 in 2023. The centre registered 1,823 new companies in 2024 alone.

This milestone aligns with the centre’s 20th anniversary and reinforces its role as a key driver of Dubai’s economic diversification strategy of attracting global financial firms, fintech innovators, and professional services companies.
