DHL has expanded its presence in Dubai South with the opening of its Middle East and Africa Innovation Centre and a major investment in new logistics infrastructure.
Alongside the launch, DHL Supply Chain is allocating $140 million to build a carbon-neutral, multi-user warehouse within the same logistics district. The project covers a 96,000-square-metre land plot in Dubai South and will feature a new warehouse and additional office facilities.
Construction on the warehouse is scheduled to begin in early 2026, with completion targeted for summer 2027.
