Cityscape Global 2026 has launched Capitals by Cityscape Global, a new platform designed to connect global investors with developers, masterplans, and investment opportunities across Saudi Arabia and international markets.
The initiative builds on the event's Institutional Investor Programme, which drew 173 senior leaders from firms including BlackRock, Brookfield, UBS, PGIM, King Street, and Hines in 2025, an 85% year-on-year increase, facilitating 474 curated one-to-one meetings and site visits to major developments including NHC, Diriyah, and New Murabba.
Capitals broadens participation beyond institutional investors to include investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, and government stakeholders. Cityscape Global 2025 attracted more than 164,000 visits from over 120 countries, welcomed 206 developers, and generated USD 63 billion in onsite deals and transactions, underscoring sustained momentum in Saudi Arabia's real estate and infrastructure sectors as projects move from planning into delivery.
