ASAS Real Estate, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank, has begun infrastructure development works across 11 residential, commercial and industrial land projects in the emirate.
The programme spans internal roads, electricity, water and telecommunications networks, and street lighting, readying the plots for their next phases of construction. Works are being delivered in coordination with the relevant Sharjah government entities and in line with approved technical requirements and quality standards.
Developments covered include Al Dabdabah South, Al Dabdabah North, Hooshi, Al Belaida Phases Two and Three, Al Rowaidat and Al Metraq, with Al Rowaidat sited on Khorfakkan Road, one of the emirate's main routes.
General Manager Aamir Al Zarooni said the provision of essential services and networks establishes a basis for construction and investment, adding that the works would follow approved timelines. The company also pointed to the projects' strategic locations and connections to major routes across Sharjah, linking the sites to other areas and neighbouring emirates. ASAS was established in 2007 as a subsidiary of Sharjah Islamic Bank.
