Arada has awarded an AED 183 million contract to Al Rehab Al Arabi Building Contracting Company for the construction of a new K-12 school within its Masaar development in Sharjah.
The project, Reigate Grammar School Masaar, is being developed in partnership with Bright Capital Investment and will accommodate up to 2,700 students. The campus will include a performing arts centre, STEM facilities, sports amenities and swimming pools.
Located within the AED 9.5 billion Masaar masterplan, the school is scheduled to open in September 2027, adding to the development’s community infrastructure.
The initiative reflects Arada’s continued focus on integrated, master-planned communities that combine residential, educational and lifestyle offerings across Sharjah.
