Amanat Holdings completes full acquisition of Cambridge Health Group for AED 105m

Amanat Holdings has acquired the remaining 10.03% stake in Cambridge Health Group for AED 105 million, completing 100% ownership of the GCC's leading post-acute and rehabilitative care provider.

The deal concludes a phased acquisition process that included an earlier 3% stake purchase in June 2026. CHG posted record FY2025 results, with revenue rising 11% to AED 404 million and EBITDA growing 14% to AED 100 million, while Q1 2026 saw revenue climb 27% and profit increase six-fold year-on-year.

The company currently operates 715 beds across six facilities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, supported by more than 1,200 healthcare professionals, with a clear roadmap to surpass 1,000 beds.

Full ownership gives Amanat greater flexibility to accelerate CHG's expansion through organic growth, new developments, and acquisitions, while broadening its surgical, outpatient, and inpatient rehabilitation capabilities across the region.
