Amali Properties has awarded a AED 700m main works and interior fit-out contract for its flagship ultra-luxury development, Amali Island, to DUTCO Construction.
The appointment follows DUTCO Construction’s earlier engagement as marine works contractor for the development in 2024, extending an existing partnership as the project moves into its primary construction phase. The main works contract covers the delivery of the island’s core structures and high-end interior finishes.
The award marks a major milestone for the private island project, with dredging, reclamation and soil improvement now completed.
