Aldar Properties has acquired a logistics portfolio from AD Ports Group for AED 650 million, expanding its industrial footprint in Abu Dhabi.
The deal adds 163,000 sqm of warehouse space in KEZAD, with 97% occupancy and around 80 tenants, including DHL and Spinneys.
The acquisition lifts Aldar’s logistics portfolio to over 700,000 sqm, with a pipeline exceeding 1.5 million sqm, reinforcing its scale in income-generating assets.
For AD Ports, the sale supports capital recycling and balance sheet optimisation.
The transaction underscores strong demand for logistics real estate, driven by Abu Dhabi’s strategic position and growing trade infrastructure.
