Al Hamra completes Marina Residences in RAK

Real estate developer Al Hamra has announced the completion and handover of Al Hamra Marina Residences in Ras Al Khaimah, a residential project within Al Hamra Village. This marks a key milestone in the company’s five-year strategy, which also includes the Falcon Island project, set for handover next year.

The development comprises 318 apartments including studios and two-bedroom units, each boasting private balconies overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the Royal Yacht Club, or the Al Hamra community. Residents also have access to a gym, swimming pools, and a range of dining, retail, and leisure facilities within Al Hamra Village.

Located 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the development offers access to Ras Al Khaimah’s growing business and tourism hubs. In addition, there is a new ‘Live & Work’ initiative to attract investors and professionals to Ras Al Khaimah, granting buyers a 12-year UAE residency visa, a business licence, and a partner visa with a 20% down payment.
