The partnerships cover supply of locally manufactured lubricants and specialised materials supporting industrial production and localisation.
ADNOC Distribution manufactures 520 lubricant products in the UAE, exporting to more than 50 countries, backed by a 96% In-Country Value score.
The Borouge partnership includes pharma-grade white oil production and sustainable HDPE lubricant packaging incorporating recycled materials.
The agreements align with Operation 300bn, supporting industrial self-sufficiency, local supply chains and advanced manufacturing growth.
