Abu Dhabi launches 24 PPP projects worth AED 55bn

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) and the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) have unveiled a new pipeline of 24 public-private partnership projects valued at AED 55 billion, to be brought to market across 2026 and 2027.

The transport component accounts for the largest share, with 11 road projects totalling AED 35 billion covering more than 300 kilometres of new roads alongside tunnel, intersection and network upgrades. A further AED 11 billion has been allocated to five infrastructure projects spanning dams, flood control and stormwater systems, while AED 9 billion targets social infrastructure including healthcare facilities, schools, universities and sports assets.

ADIO has previously delivered PPP projects worth AED 2.4 billion and has a further AED 25 billion in projects launched in 2025 currently in advanced procurement stages.
