Abu Dhabi has introduced the Middle East’s first fully digital property transaction system, enabling buyers and sellers to complete real estate deals entirely online.
The new Digital Buy and Sell Journey allows secure, paperless transactions from anywhere in the world. It is integrated within the TAMM platform and powered by UAE Pass, and it covers every stage of the process from mortgage release and registration to trustee verification, digital signing and escrow settlement.
The initiative makes Abu Dhabi the first jurisdiction in the region to offer a complete, borderless and fully secure online property transaction experience.
