Dubai developer Deyaar Development reported a 27% rise in profit before tax to AED 541.5 million for the first nine months of 2026, up from AED 425.7 million a year earlier.
Revenue grew more modestly, rising 5% to AED 1.52 billion from AED 1.45 billion, which lifted the profit margin to 35.6% from 29.4%. The third quarter was the standout, with profit before tax climbing 29% to AED 205.4 million from AED 159.1 million in the same quarter of 2025.
Deyaar said it has handed over more than 2,100 residential units across its Dubai communities since the start of the year, converting its sales pipeline into completed properties and giving it greater visibility over future revenue.
