Dubai Land Department records AED 14bn in week of September 14-18 2026

Dubai's real estate market logged AED 14.04bn in total transactions for the week of September 14-18, according to Dubai Land Department data.

Sales activity accounted for AED 6.71bn across 2,454 transactions, with mortgage deals contributing a further AED 6.2bn and gift transfers adding AED 1.13bn. Premium commercial assets in Business Bay led the week's highest-value individual sales, with three offices in Omniyat's Lumena and Lumena Alta developments changing hands for AED 56.3m, AED 48m and AED 41m respectively.

The figures underline continued institutional and high-net-worth appetite for Grade A office space in Dubai's core business districts, with Omniyat's Business Bay portfolio emerging as a consistent anchor for top-tier commercial transactions.

Dubai's office market recorded AED 15.81bn in sales across the first half of 2026, nearly triple the value recorded in H1 2025, as limited Grade A supply and rising corporate demand sustain price momentum across the emirate.
