Cosmo Developments, a joint venture between Abu Dhabi's Flag Holding Group and Reportage Group, has launched THE WADI, a mixed-use residential project on Yas Island carrying an estimated investment of AED 6 billion.
The development occupies approximately 140,700 square metres and will deliver 3,950 residential units, comprising studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside commercial, recreational and sports facilities and a planned hotel. The site sits along Yas Canal, approximately five minutes from Zayed International Airport and nine minutes from Ferrari World.
Amenities include tennis clubs, gyms, spa facilities, children's areas, restaurants and retail, with climate-responsive design features such as landscaped balconies and native planting (ghaf and palm trees) woven throughout. Reportage Group, which fully manages Cosmo Developments, will oversee the project from delivery through to long-term management.
