Emaar Hospitality maps regional hotels and leisure expansion

Emaar Hospitality Group used the Arabian Travel Market 2026, which opened in Dubai on September 14, to showcase a broadening development pipeline spanning hotels, branded residences, golf, wellness and dining across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

A key immediate milestone is Vida Aljada, which opened on September 1 in Sharjah's Aljada mixed-use district – the Vida brand's first five-star property in the emirate – featuring 175 rooms including suites and a three-bedroom penthouse alongside serviced apartments. Looking ahead, the group plans to open Emaar South Golf Club in Q4 2026, an 18-hole championship venue with a driving range, par-3 course and full clubhouse facilities.

In Dubai, Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront is slated for Q3 2027, while Address Al Marjan Island will add a 196-key beachfront resort to Ras Al Khaimah's growing luxury tourism market. The group is also pushing into Saudi Arabia with Address Diriyah, a 204-key hotel with 60 serviced apartments positioned within Riyadh's flagship Vision 2030 heritage destination.
