Dubai real estate logs AED 14bn in weekly transactions across 4,262 deals

Dubai Land Department recorded AED 14 billion in real estate transactions for the latest weekly reporting period, spanning 4,262 deals and underscoring continued depth across all transaction categories.

Sales accounted for the largest share at AED 8.7 billion across 3,017 transactions, comprising 2,597 residential unit sales, 212 land sales and 208 building sales. Mortgage activity added AED 3.8 billion across 1,048 transactions, while gift transfers contributed a further AED 1.3 billion from 197 deals. Off-plan sales reached AED 5.2 billion from 1,013 deals, with ready property sales generating AED 3.4 billion across 2,004 transactions.

City of Arabia led all areas by sales value at AED 1 billion, followed by Airport City at AED 666 million, Jumeirah Village Circle at AED 337 million, Palm Jumeirah at AED 302 million and Business Bay at AED 301 million.

Notable individual transactions included an AED 571 million residential plot in City of Arabia, an AED 90 million off-plan apartment in Palm Jumeirah's Basu project by Beyond Properties, and an AED 70 million off-plan villa in The World Islands.
