Aldar sells out Al Ghadeer Gardens at launch for AED 1bn

Aldar has sold out Al Ghadeer Gardens on its launch day, generating more than AED 1 billion in sales from the 437-villa and townhouse community positioned along the Abu Dhabi-Dubai border.

The strong debut was driven largely by new customers, with 83% of buyers purchasing from Aldar for the first time. Expatriate residents and overseas buyers accounted for 64% of transactions, with purchasers from the UAE, India, China and Jordan among the top nationalities by sales volume.

The development sits within one of the UAE's fastest-growing residential corridors, offering proximity to Expo City Dubai, Al Maktoum International Airport, Yas Island and Zayed International Airport. A British curriculum school with capacity for over 2,800 students is planned to open within the community for the 2030 academic year.

In response to demand, Aldar has confirmed a second phase will be brought forward for release shortly.
