Group Amana has been awarded a contract by DP World to develop a multi-tenant warehouse facility at JAFZA in Dubai.
The project will span 141,916 square metres and include 187 units across seven blocks, featuring warehouses, light industrial spaces, a retail outlet, a mosque and full supporting infrastructure.
The development is designed to support growing demand for flexible industrial and logistics space in the region, while reinforcing Amana’s position in multi-tenant industrial construction.
Officials said the project reflects a continued partnership between Amana and DP World, with a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient and scalable logistics infrastructure aligned with Dubai’s expanding trade and supply chain ecosystem.
