AD Ports posts 19% profit increase on record AED 20.8bn revenue in 2025

AD Ports Group reported a 19% rise in full-year 2025 net profit, as revenue climbed to a record AED 20.8 billion, driven by growth across its ports, maritime, shipping and economic zones businesses.

Net profit attributable to shareholders reached AED 1.58 billion, while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation increased 12% to AED 5.07 billion, supporting a margin of 24.4%. The group also generated positive free cash flow for the first time since its 2022 listing, marking a milestone in its financial development.

During the fourth quarter, revenue rose 30% year on year to AED 5.95 billion. The company continued expanding its international footprint, securing new concessions in Africa and the Middle East to reinforce its position as a global trade and logistics platform.
