Dubai Land Department has launched a new awareness campaign focused on the Ejari system as part of its ongoing efforts to engage all customer segments and strengthen understanding of rental regulations in Dubai.
Launched under the slogan 'Step by Step', the campaign delivers clear and simplified guidance on common Ejari-related processes. These include lease registration and cancellation, certificate downloads, rental increase calculations, and notification and non-renewal procedures, all in line with the emirate’s legal and regulatory frameworks.
The campaign is being rolled out across Dubai Land Department’s digital channels, including its official website and social media platforms, supported by visual and audio content designed to simplify the customer journey and reinforce rental market stability.
