King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and Lucid Group have inaugurated the Middle East’s first electric vehicle (EV) Innovation Centre in Saudi Arabia.
The centre is designed as a collaborative research platform bringing together local, regional and global expertise in EV development.
The launch of the EV Innovation Centre highlights increasing collaboration between public research institutions and global technology companies, and underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to innovation-led economic diversification.
