Businesses in the UAE are reporting some of the strongest productivity gains from AI in the entire EMEA region, according to a new IBM study.
The survey of 3,500 senior executives across ten countries, including 500 in the UAE, found 77% of UAE organisations have achieved significant operational improvements using AI. This is above the regional average of 66%.
Approximately one in five UAE organisations has already realised ROI from AI initiatives, while over 44% expect returns within 12 months.
