Bahrain-based real estate developer Infracorp has officially launched sales for its latest development, California Residences. Located in Wadi Al Safa, Dubai, the $164m project features 370 units including apartments, villas, and townhouses designed around modern, community-focused living.
Set for completion in Q2 2028, California Residences is built around sustainable design, landscaped gardens, and shared spaces that promote a family-friendly environment. The project reflects Dubai’s growing demand for integrated residential communities.
Sales opened this month with an event attended by real estate stakeholders in Dubai.
