Leading UAE real estate developer Deyaar Development has launched its first-ever residential project in Umm Al Quwain.
The AYA Beachfront Residences are located on the Umm Al Quwain beachfront and are designed to be an integrated community catering to the growing demand for high-quality residences in emerging areas. It will include 442 premium residential units in the first phase including one- to five-bedroom residences, penthouses, sky villas, and ground-level duplex beach homes.
Each unit will feature nature-inspired interiors and private resort-style amenities. The development also includes a wellness centre, beach club, an infinity pool and a kids’ zone – as well as cafes and dining spots. It is set for completion in Q4 2027.
