Dubai Municipality has awarded contracts for the second phase of the Al Mamzar Beach Development Project. Spanning 125,000 sq. metres, it is expected to be completed by the end of 2025 with a total cost of $108m.

Al Mamzar Corniche Beach will include full amenities including a sports club, commercial services, walking and cycling paths, a gated women-only public beach, and children’s play areas. In addition, there are plans for green spaces, waterfront restaurants and wellness amenities.

As part of Dubai Municipality’s commitment to innovation there will be eco-conscious designs and cutting-edge features including AI-driven surveillance and smart lockers.
